His extensive career includes deep expertise in managing end-to-end product delivery, from ideation and conceptualization to prototype development, patching, validation, and commercial development in iterative and Agile environments.
He has a thorough understanding of the project management lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, contract negotiations with clients, progress monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery. He has proven expertise in the full software development process, from requirement analysis and system design to coding, testing, debugging, security, documentation, and troubleshooting. He also possesses excellent interpersonal skills and thrives in collaborative environments, driven by a passion to turn visionary ideas into successful outcomes.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, and has pursued additional professional development, including PMI-ACP Training, CMMi & P-CMMi, Overview Training at KPMG, Bangalore

Mahesh brings over 30 years of global experience in both the IT industry and academics, with expertise spanning key sectors such as Technology, Financial Services, Education, Communication, and Public Relations. He has worked across 6 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
His 28 years in the IT sector include vendor management, third-party governance, and risk management, as well as leading MIS teams focused on data analytics, reporting, and vendor performance evaluations. He has driven business transformation initiatives, business enablement, pre-sales activities, and account/program management, with significant experience in product development and testing across banking, financial services, and product engineering (computing systems and storage). Additionally, Mahesh has 2 years of academic experience, where he headed corporate relations and taught postgraduate students.
Mahesh’s specialties include vendor management, third-party governance and risk management, internal controls, shared service centers, account management, program management, operating model design, and transformation. He holds an MBA in Finance from SIBM, Bengaluru, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Bangalore University.

With over a decade of experience in the IT, Information, and Knowledge Process Outsourcing sectors, Shreenidhi brings deep expertise in project management, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Quality Control & Assurance. A strong technical background in Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and SQL complements his leadership skills, enabling him to drive high-performance teams and successful project outcomes.
Shreenidhi holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and began his career as a Software Developer at Emax Technology before transitioning to a Data Administrator role at Macmillan Publishers. For the past seven years, he has been with AdityaSoftserv, where he began as a Quality Lead and now serves as a Manager. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing product quality, ensuring smooth delivery, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Holding a B.Tech in Computer Science, Swaroop began his career at Creative Technologies before moving to MPS Limited, where he focused on data administration and global publishing operations. For the past 8 years, he has been with Aditya Softserv, initially as a Research Consultant, and has since risen to the role of Manager, overseeing full project lifecycles and leading teams to success.

For the past five years, Vijay has been with AdityaSoftserv, starting as a Team Lead and now serving as Senior Team Lead. Kiran Sastry has joined ADS as a Senior Executive in Facilities. With over 30 years of
experience, he has a strong background in Facilities Management, Administration, and
Public Relations. Notably, Kiran spent over 17 years as a Medical Assistant in the Indian
Air Force. Before joining ADS, he managed Public Relations at Shankara Cancer
Hospital and Research Centre.
