With more than 28 years of experience in the IT industry, Sunil Nijagal founded Aditya SoftServ in December 2015, following a valuable opportunity with a leading U.S.-based data organization specializing in the academic sector. This organization focused on tracking faculty research, supporting faculty development, analyzing research trends across peer universities, and monitoring alumni careers at various academic levels.

Under Sunil’s leadership, Aditya SoftServ was initially launched with a two-person team focused on developing web scrapers for data collection. By June 2016, the company had expanded its scope, shifting its focus to researching and cleansing faculty data, which included personal information, alumni records, published articles, ISBNs, books, chapters, grants, and funding opportunities.

In 2022, Sunil seized a new opportunity with a prominent Dubai-based e-commerce company, which inspired Aditya SoftServ to expand its range of services. The company began developing data catalogs and ventured into management consulting, offering expertise in operations, research, estimation, and production.

Today, Aditya SoftServ is home to a dynamic team of over 80 dedicated professionals who share a strong commitment to optimism, integrity, and cultivating a positive work environment. Under Sunil’s leadership, the organization continues to flourish, fueled by a passion for research and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
